Brazooka centres the meal on churrasco, the Brazilian tradition of cooking meat over charcoal and serving it directly from the skewer. Its all-you-can-eat format follows the rodizio, or espeto corrido, style: passadores circulate through the dining room and carve successive cuts at the table. A wooden signal controls the pace, with green inviting the next skewer. This turns dinner into a sequence rather than a single plated main, encouraging guests to taste widely and pause when they need to.
The skewers cover a broad range of meats. Picanha and skirt steak provide contrasting beef cuts, with beef ribs adding a slower-cooked expression. Chicken appears as drumsticks, hearts, bacon-wrapped pieces and a spicy preparation, while lamb, pork loin, pork belly, Brazilian-style linguiça sausage and charcoal-grilled pineapple extend the rotation. Because portions arrive one carving at a time, diners can compare seasoning, texture and richness across the selection instead of having to choose only one centrepiece at the start.
A substantial collection of sides and sauces balances the skewers. Salpicão, cassava, fried cheese, potato salad, polenta, fried banana, rice, feijão tropeiro and farofa bring different combinations of crunch, starch, freshness and savoury depth. Chimichurri, molho and vinaigrette allow further adjustment at the table. These accompaniments are not incidental: they break up the procession of grilled meat and help each guest build a plate that alternates between smoky, sharp, creamy and crisp elements. They also make the rodizio feel like a complete Brazilian meal.
Dessert stays within the restaurant's Brazilian frame through fried tapioca, while crème caramel, brownie and churros offer familiar alternatives. The drinks list includes caipirinhas, cocktails, mocktails, Guaraná and beer. Vegetarian and vegan dishes can be prepared on request, an important option for mixed groups even though churrasco remains the central experience. Brazooka is therefore best approached as a leisurely shared occasion, where the table controls the rhythm and the variety comes from repeated small tastings rather than one fixed main course.
