We Cook serves Lincoln from a Vernon Drive dining room while retaining the convenience of takeaway, online ordering and delivery. The menu crosses several East and Southeast Asian traditions, using rice, noodles, curries and soups as recurring foundations rather than committing to one narrow regional label. This breadth serves a mixed table well: a diner looking for a composed bento can order alongside someone who prefers a Thai curry or a bowl of noodle soup, without either choice feeling detached from the venue's central style.

Bento boxes provide one of the clearest ways into the menu. Rice and salad are matched with sweet-and-sour chicken, teriyaki chicken, Korean-style beef or chicken katsu with Japanese curry, creating complete meals with contrast built into the box. Elsewhere, Thai curries and stir-fries share space with braised beef, Asian soups and dumplings.
