The restaurant focuses on burgers and chicken, with pickup and delivery keeping it practical for a quick lunch or an informal evening meal. Its menu is deliberately broad for the format, using brioche buns as a base for plant-based, fried-chicken and beef combinations before branching into fried chicken pieces, sandwiches, wraps and loaded sides.
The vegetarian and vegan burgers show the kitchen at its most inventive. Barbecue jackfruit is paired with tangy slaw and vegan pesto mayonnaise, while roasted butternut squash and portobello bring deeper savoury notes to another bun. The Vegan Medley combines falafel, olives, cucumber, coconut-yoghurt tzatziki and harissa, and the Smokey Quinoa layers a quinoa-and-pumpkin patty with avocado and caramelised onion. A black-bean patty with sweet chilli and chipotle mayonnaise adds a further distinct choice rather than repeating the same filling under a new name.
Chicken burgers shift between crisp and grilled textures.
