One Tree Buffet is an Epsom restaurant built around the variety and movement of an all-you-can-eat meal. Regular dinner service runs from Wednesday to Sunday, while Sunday brunch follows its own selection rather than simply repeating the evening spread. The room can accommodate large celebrations and corporate groups, yet the same format also works for families who want to explore several sections at their own pace instead of committing to one plated main course.

Seafood anchors much of the dinner experience. The raw display can include Pacific oysters, sweet prawns and New Zealand scampi, while cooked choices move through prawns, mussels, grilled salmon and Chinese-style blue swimmer crab. Sashimi adds salmon, tuna and market fish, and the sushi counter uses those ingredients in nigiri and rolls alongside vegetable, crab, tempura and teriyaki chicken combinations. Because buffet selections change, the pleasure lies in surveying what is ready that evening.

The hot side of the room is equally active. Teppanyaki cooks steak, prawns, scallops and chicken, while the noodle station lets diners combine ramen, rice noodles or egg noodles with broth and add-ons. Dim sum, Peking duck, lamb chops, rendang beef, soups, fried rice, vegetables, sliders and pizza widen the choices further. That mix gives a group room to move between grilled food, broths, dumplings and familiar comfort dishes within one sitting.

Dessert is treated as its own buffet rather than a token finish, with soft serve, tiramisu, Basque cheesecake, mango sago, crème brûlée, mochi, puddings and pastries among the documented range. Seasonal fruit, salads and a cheese board provide fresher or savoury alternatives. Sunday brunch reshapes the balance with its own seafood, teppanyaki, noodle, dim sum and sweet sections, while private-hire arrangements can be discussed for a gathering that needs the whole dining room.
