Subway Hastings Menu

Subway Hastings occupies 111 Russell Street North in central Hastings, with service stretching from the morning into the evening. The location suits a quick breakfast, lunch collected during the workday or an uncomplicated later meal, and both pickup and delivery channels complement the public counter service. Its place within the Webbers Building also fixes this branch clearly in the town centre rather than leaving the Hastings name to stand for more than one possible shop.

The core of the meal is the made-to-order format. Diners can choose a six-inch or footlong sandwich, then work through bread, filling, cheese, vegetables and sauce to shape the final combination. The same ingredient-led approach carries into wraps and salads, which is useful when people at one table want different formats without moving to entirely separate menus. Combo options add a drink, cookies or another snack when a complete quick meal is the priority.

The current Hastings selection moves well beyond a single style of cold-cut sandwich. Peri-peri chicken brings heat with salad vegetables, Korean-style barbecue steak combines beef, mozzarella and spicy sauce, and the Philly-style steak layers three cheeses with capsicum, onion and jalapeño. Italian meatball stays closer to a warm, saucy classic, sweet-onion chicken teriyaki brings a gentler contrast, and the avocado vegetable sub delivers the customizable format without a meat filling.

Breakfast, nachos, toasties and Southern-style chicken bites broaden the reasons to visit outside the standard sandwich order. Cookies remain the obvious finish and can be bought individually or in mixed packs, while salads make it possible to keep a favourite filling without the bread. Together, those choices let diners move from an individual breakfast to a customised sandwich, salad or wrap without leaving the same compact menu.
