Suncourt Indian is a modern, casual restaurant inside Suncourt Plaza, open every day for lunch and dinner. Its cooking does not reduce Indian food to one familiar set of curries: street snacks, North and South Indian dishes and Indo-Chinese ideas all appear across the menu. Dine-in service is backed by pickup, takeaway, delivery and catering, making the same kitchen useful for a quick lunch, a larger shared dinner or an event that needs a broad spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
Chaat gives the menu its most animated opening. Papdi chaat layers crisp wheat pieces with potato, chickpea, yoghurt and chutney; bhelpuri brings puffed rice, peanuts and a sweet-sour dressing; and pani puri pairs hollow pastry shells with seasoned potato and chilled mint water. South Indian dosas then shift the texture entirely, wrapping a rice-and-lentil crepe around spiced potato, paneer, chicken or lamb and serving it with tomato chutney, coconut chutney and sambar. Tandoori chicken, chicken tikka and seekh kebab add clay-oven depth.
The curry list is deliberately expansive. Butter chicken sits beside balti, vindaloo, jalfrezi, korma, madras and saag preparations that can be ordered with combinations of chicken, beef, lamb or goat. Seafood receives equal attention through Goan fish curry, prawns in butter, masala, Malabari or spinach-based sauces, and scallops prepared along similar lines. Basmati rice accompanies the curries, and adjustable mild, medium or hot seasoning lets diners choose intensity without losing the core spices and aromatics of each sauce.
Vegetarian cooking is handled as its own substantial section, with the restaurant saying those meals are prepared separately. Dal tadka and dal makhani sit alongside paneer in spinach, tomato, cashew or butter-based gravies, plus potato-and-cauliflower, okra and mixed-vegetable dishes. Naan, roti, stuffed kulcha and paratha give the sauces different companions, while biryani and cumin rice can turn a selection into a full shared meal. Gulab jamun and rasgulla provide a traditional sweet ending, and gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free choices are marked across the range.
