Grass-fed New Zealand beef anchors the classic burger range, but each build takes a different route. American Muscle keeps things focused with cheddar, pickles, mustard and relish, while Bio Fuel adds a free-range egg and grated beetroot with chia seeds. Bacon BBQ Roadster brings bacon, onion rings and smoky barbecue sauce, and The Bastard layers bacon, avocado, pineapple and beetroot onto the beef. The combinations explain the brand's engineered, stacked style better than a generic cheeseburger label could.
Chicken offers another split between grilled and fried textures. Grilled options use tenderised chicken with combinations such as bacon and brie or bacon, avocado and blue-cheese sauce, while the Modifried Thunderbird turns to buttermilk-fried chicken with jalapeño-and-corn crumb and chipotle aioli. The wider menu can also be adapted through selected gluten-friendly, low-carb, dairy-free or halal formats, so the branch's appeal extends beyond one default burger build.
