Chipmunks Playland & Café Wigram combines a public indoor playground with an on-site café, so food is part of the visit rather than an afterthought. The venue is designed for families with children up to eleven, with adults remaining on hand while younger guests use the play areas. Café tables provide a natural base between sessions and give parents somewhere to pause over a drink while keeping the day moving.
The café leans into approachable family food, with freshly baked pizzas promoted at the Wigram branch and a wider Chipmunks format built around burgers, wraps, fish and chips, toasted melts and simple sides. Coffee, hot chocolate and café-style cold drinks cover the adult side of the order. It is an intentionally practical range, suited to sharing, quick refuelling and the mixed appetites that come with a family outing.
Children’s Munch Meals are central to the party packages and can be served in the reserved party room. Choices run from familiar pizza-style options to sandwiches and fruit, and the packages include a drink for each child. Adult platters bring savoury and sweet bites into the same celebration, while the venue asks families with specific dietary requirements to contact the team before finalising a booking.
The Wigram branch opens daily and supports casual visits, organised birthdays and private venue hire. General admission applies to children from one to eleven, while adults and babies under one enter free, and socks are required in the play areas. That structure makes the café most useful as part of a longer play session: families can settle at a table, order when hunger arrives and return to the playground without changing venues.
