Drift Café, Restaurant & Bar serves Marine Parade across several dayparts, opening for breakfast on most mornings and continuing through lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday, with dinner also available on Monday. The breadth of that schedule is reflected in the food. A diner can visit for pancakes and coffee, return for a burger or pasta, or choose a more substantial evening plate. The bar, children's menu and group facilities make the venue practical for families, celebrations and casual meals alike.

Seafood is woven through the menu rather than confined to one token main. Garlic prawns, grilled squid and smoked seafood chowder work as starters, while mussels can be ordered with creamy garlic or sweet-chilli sauce. Pasta choices combine prawns, squid, fish and mussels, and larger plates bring beer-battered or pan-fried fish together with vegetables and potatoes. The Fisherman's Plate and seafood-steak combinations are designed for diners who want several ocean flavours and cooking styles on one dish.

The meat and grill selection is equally substantial. Lamb shank comes with mash, roast vegetables and a choice of sauce, pork belly is roasted and sliced, and slow-cooked ribs arrive with fries and salad.
