Smokehouse cooking supplies some of the menu's biggest flavours. The Fernhill Grill gathers St Louis pork ribs, slow-smoked brisket, wings and sausages with macaroni and cheese, pickles and Alabama white barbecue sauce, creating a platter designed for two or three people. Brisket also appears in a burger with bacon, cheese and crispy onions.
