Traditional pizzas begin with tomato and mozzarella and are offered in three sizes, from an individual 11-inch base through 15- and 18-inch options that are practical for sharing. Medium and large pizzas can be ordered half and half, a useful detail when tastes differ around the table. A small gluten-free base is available, and vegetarian and seafood pizzas receive a finishing touch of garlic. This structure keeps the familiar pizza format flexible without losing the restaurant's emphasis on fresh dough and sauce.

The menu also gives plant-based diners a route that goes beyond removing cheese from a standard order.
