Miss Gee's Bar & Eatery occupies a lively position on Masonic Park, combining a cocktail-focused bar with food substantial enough for lunch or dinner. The venue takes reservations for low tables and bar leaners, while its courtyard remains available on a walk-in basis. As a supervised venue, it has clear conditions for younger guests, yet the menu includes children's meals and plenty of non-alcoholic choices. The result is an adult social setting that still accommodates family dining earlier in the day.
Share plates show the kitchen's playful mix of influences. Mushroom arancini comes with rocket pesto and aioli, pork belly is finished with miso and mirin, and karaage chicken carries miso mayonnaise. Calamari introduces sweet-and-sour sauce, peanuts and herbs, while prawn dumplings sit in a butter-chicken-spiced coconut sauce. Vegan options such as tofu bites and mushroom arancini are integrated into the same section, letting a mixed table build a varied spread without treating plant-based food as an afterthought.
Larger dishes continue that broad, informal approach. Smashed-beef and chicken burgers sit beside ramen, Thai green salad, prawn dumpling soup and creamy mushroom risotto. Loaded baguettes offer slow-cooked beef brisket or shredded roast chicken with slaw and chipotle mayonnaise. These are not organised around a single national cuisine; instead, the menu uses familiar bar-food formats as a base for Asian sauces, herbs and spices.
