Bloom Cafe is the public food venue inside Decor Gardenworld in Bethlehem, turning a garden-centre visit into a relaxed breakfast or lunch. Seating extends through lounge areas, a covered deck, a warm glasshouse and the gardens, while an outdoor play area gives children room for slides, swings and a trampoline. The cafe opens seven days and serves barista coffee, specialty tea, cakes and house-made cabinet food alongside its cooked menu.
Breakfast covers both classic cafe plates and more individual house choices. The Bloomin' Big Breakfast combines eggs with bacon, tomato, mushrooms, mini kransky sausages and hash browns. A potato rosti forms the base of the eggs Benedict, with bacon, mushrooms or salmon available, while homemade pancakes can be paired with berries and cream or banana and bacon. The corn fritter stack adds salad, sour cream and sweet chilli sauce.
Lunch moves toward seafood, burgers and casual sharing food. Hoki, salt-and-pepper squid or a mixed seafood plate comes with fries, seasonal salad and house tartare sauce. Burgers use a brioche bun with salad, cheese and beetroot relish, then offer beef and bacon, chicken, crumbed hoki, pulled pork or a vegetarian filling. Fries and wedges can stay simple or be loaded with bacon and cheese or pulled pork.
The cabinet and catering menus make Bloom useful beyond a sit-down meal. Club sandwiches, panini, Turkish pockets, filled croissants, hot savouries and sweet treats can be arranged for meetings and celebrations, with gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian requirements considered. The cafe also offers private afternoon tea events for larger groups after regular service. Together with the children's menu and garden seating, those formats give the venue a particularly broad family and group appeal.
