Invito Fusion Restaurant gives Newfield diners a menu that begins with Korean comfort food and then moves freely through wok dishes, noodles, pasta and burgers. It remains a sit-down restaurant with real-time table reservations, while pickup offers a straightforward alternative when the meal is headed home. That dual format suits the food: fried chicken and dumplings travel easily, but bubbling stews, shared Korean dishes and a sequence of starters make a stronger case for gathering around a table at the Tweed Street dining room.

Fried chicken is the menu's most developed speciality. Original and spicy versions establish the basic contrast, followed by soy, creamy and garlic coatings. An orange, maple and garlic sauce adds sweet citrus notes, while snow-cheese powder creates a sweet and savoury finish of its own. Boneless chicken can be paired with a chosen sauce and chips, and crisp wings take on a Mexican-style seasoning. Because the kitchen changes both cut and coating, a shared order can compare several expressions without simply repeating the same plate.

Korean classics give the restaurant depth beyond that signature chicken. Beef, pork and chicken bulgogi combine marinated meat with vegetables and rice, while donkatsu pairs a crumbed pork cutlet with rice and dumplings. Kan-poong chicken brings chilli sauce to crisp chicken, and tang-su pork uses a Korean sweet-and-sour glaze. For something warming, kimchi stew, bulgogi hotpot and sundubu-jjigae shift the focus to broth, glass noodles, soft tofu, egg and seasonal vegetables, with steamed rice alongside.

The fusion side of Invito becomes clear in the rest of the menu. Stir-fried noodles and seafood udon sit beside vegetable, chicken and prawn fried rice, while creamy pasta ranges from bacon carbonara to mushroom with truffle oil. A croissant chicken burger takes the kitchen in yet another direction, using sweet soy or sweet-and-spicy sauce. Dumplings, spring rolls, edamame, squid rings and chicken skewers can fill out a shared order, and fruit teas or brown-sugar, mango, taro and honeydew milk teas give the meal a playful non-alcoholic finish.
