The branch sits within the 174–180 Lambton Quay complex, where the centre provides more than 360 shared seats rather than limiting customers to counter collection. Service is shaped around breakfast and lunch hours, with pickup and delivery available alongside orders placed in person. It works equally well for a smoothie between appointments and a composed salad or wrap eaten in the food court.
Smoothies and raw juices form the most visible part of the menu, but the range moves through several distinct styles. Fruit classics sit beside green blends, protein smoothies and fully plant based choices, while the branch also lists an açaí bowl. Current names such as Citrus Blast, Start Me Up, Blue Spirulina and Vanilla Coffee signal whether a drink leans refreshing, green, colourful or more substantial. Customers can also add selected booster shots, although TANK treats drinks with those additions as supplemented foods and publishes specific advisory information for them.
The food side is built so many combinations can be ordered as either a salad or a wrap. Quinoa Goji Chicken adds grains and fruit to the greens, while Guacamole Greens brings avocado, corn, black beans and chipotle flavours. Vietnamese, Classic Caesar, Thai Chicken and Almond Satay Chicken provide contrasting dressings and textures. Vegetarian and plant based choices are integrated into the main range rather than separated as an afterthought. Raw Lean'n Green and Paleo Active Greens appear in both salad and wrap form, and the online menu can be filtered for vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free preferences. Those filters are a useful starting point, but TANK advises customers with allergies that its stores use shared preparation areas and cannot guarantee an item is free from traces. The result is a fast, customisable meal format with enough detail for diners to choose carefully.
