Loosies Superette brings an energetic American diner and late-night bar to Cuba Street, with generous meals and a downstairs saloon with pool. Service runs from Wednesday through Sunday and stretches to 2am on Friday and Saturday. That timetable lets the same venue operate as a lunch stop, a dinner destination and somewhere to find a substantial plate well into the night.
The snack section is designed for sharing and for building a meal around drinks. Curly fries, house-made onion rings and tortilla chips with queso sit beside fried macaroni-and-cheese bites, corn dogs and buffalo popcorn chicken. Dusted fries can be turned into poutine with gravy and cheese curds, covered with beef chilli and American cheese sauce, or finished with hot sauce and Flamin' Hot Cheeto dust for a more playful variation.
Burgers and sandwiches keep the diner theme direct. The Atomic Cheeseburger pares the format back to a smash patty, American cheese, pickles and Superette sauce, while the Nashville Hot Chicken Burger adds chilli oil, hot honey and slaw. A triple-decker club combines chicken and bacon, and the brisket melt layers smoked beef, cheese, pickles, barbecue sauce and Tennessee onion jam onto sourdough brushed with cowboy butter.
Larger plates include steak with onion rings, eggs and gravy, build-your-own fish tacos and a fried chicken-and-waffle stack with bacon, bourbon peach relish and hot honey. Apple pie, pecan pie and a warm chocolate brownie offer classic diner endings, while hard shakes and cocktails push the menu firmly into bar territory. Between the food, pool table and late hours, Loosies is shaped for social visits that may begin with a burger and continue long after dinner.
