St Pierres Sushi Riccarton Menu

St Pierres Sushi Riccarton is the brand's Riccarton Road branch, serving from morning into the evening every day. The format is quick and informal, with delivery and takeaway central to the operation, but limited seating makes an eat-in meal possible when space allows. That flexibility suits the menu: a ready-to-go pack can cover a short lunch, while rice dishes, soup and sides can turn the visit into something more substantial.

The sushi range is organised by its main filling, so diners can move easily between teriyaki or katsu chicken, salmon, tuna and prawn. Chicken Dragon and Salmon Dragon rolls add a more composed option, salmon nigiri keeps the fish at the centre, and mixed chicken-and-salmon or chicken-and-tuna combinations make sense when one flavour is not enough. A different Value of the Day runs through the week, rotating among choices such as teriyaki chicken, salmon supreme, tuna mayo and prawn with avocado.

Vegetarian sushi receives a full section rather than a token single roll, with avocado, inari, seaweed and capsicum among the available directions. For a warmer meal, teriyaki and katsu chicken can be ordered over rice, including larger double-decker versions. Smaller appetites are covered by simple children's rolls, while edamame, seaweed salad, rice balls, miso soup and mochi provide useful additions without requiring another full pack of sushi.

Platter ordering is the practical choice for meetings, celebrations and shared lunches, with selections built around chicken, salmon, seafood, nigiri, inari or vegetables. Sushi and bento can also be ordered ahead, reducing the wait for a planned pickup. Diners managing allergies or strict dietary requirements should check the detailed guidance before ordering, since the kitchen handles different ingredients in shared preparation areas.
