Breakfast moves from toasted coconut and hazelnut granola to French toast with bacon and banana, a full ten27 breakfast, eggs Benedict and eggs on toast. Creamy mushrooms come with herbs, parmesan and ricotta, while avocado toast uses hummus, cherry tomatoes, crispy chickpeas and za'atar. Free-range eggs, free-farmed bacon and bread made in the kitchen reinforce the menu's attention to everyday ingredients.
Later choices widen the cafe format considerably.
